Bandana Bibs

Abe is too old for a "bib", so I made bandanas to put on him while he's eating or when he works really hard sometimes he drools.

I doubled the fabric, made a triangle and sewed one corner down so I can just pull the other end through - no tie needed.

Power Chair

Abe got a power chair. Although I knew it would take a lot of practice, I still pushed to get one for him. In the house I remove the joystick so he doesn't get mad that he can't drive. I also remove the batteries so it pushes easier. The dealer cut a hole in the tray so he can rest his arm on it while he is using the joystick. This makes it easier to operate while supporting his arm.
